How to Place an Order in Our Store?

Shopping in our store is a simple and convenient process. You can place your order via email or Instagram. Choose the method that is most convenient for you and follow the instructions below.

Ordering via Email:

In the email, please include the following information:

  • The name and volume of the selected perfume(s).

  • The quantity of each product.

  • Your first and last name.

  • Delivery address (street, house/apartment number, postal code, city).

  • Contact phone number.

After sending the email, you will receive an order confirmation from us along with payment and delivery details.

Ordering via Instagram:

Visit our Instagram profile: @orientessence.pl

Send us a direct message (DM) with the following information:

  • The name and volume of the selected perfume(s).

  • The quantity of each product.

  • Your first and last name.

  • Delivery address (street, house/apartment number, postal code, city).

  • Contact phone number.

We will reply to your message to confirm the order and provide payment and shipping details.

Order processing time: If the ordered perfumes are in stock, the processing time is between 1 to 3 business days. For products that are temporarily out of stock, the waiting time is extended and depends on the chosen fragrance. Each order is treated individually, so we inform you of the exact waiting time directly after placing the order. You can also contact us before placing your order and ask about the waiting time for the selected perfume.

Delivery methods: We deliver packages via the InPost parcel lockers, and InPost courier. During the checkout process, you can choose your preferred shipping option.

Shipping costs: The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
